- Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

- s333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, operated by an ineligible person, or used in breach of these Terms, without prior notice.
- Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated as dormant. s333 will attempt to notify the account holder by email before any dormancy policy is applied.
All financial transactions on s333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for all supported payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by s333, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
- Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. s333 does not currently support cryptocurrency transactions.
- Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your s333 wallet within seconds of a successful mobile banking transaction confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 5 minutes to clear depending on your card issuer.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and is non-negotiable. s333 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- s333 does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which s333 bears no responsibility.
- s333 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected policy breaches. s333 will communicate the reason for any hold promptly via the registered email address or live chat.
- Funds deposited into your s333 wallet are held for gaming purposes only. s333 is not a bank and does not pay interest on account balances.
The following general betting rules apply to all sports and event markets offered on s333. Specific rules for individual sports (including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other competitions) are set out in the relevant market rules pages within the platform.
- All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the odds are locked and cannot be changed by either party.
- s333 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on a market that was offered in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market parameters, or events that do not fall within the scope of the advertised market.
- In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the scheduled completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that market. Generally, bets on incomplete events are voided and stakes returned unless a result can be determined from the completed portion of play.
- Live betting (in-play wagering) is available on selected cricket, football, and other markets. Odds on live markets update in real time. s333 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time and to delay the acceptance of live bets at its absolute discretion.
- Maximum winnings on a single bet or accumulator are subject to per-market and per-event caps as displayed within the betting interface. s333 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market at any time.
- Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion. Please refer to Section 7 for full bonus and wagering terms.
The s333 Casino section offers slot games, live dealer table games, crash games, and other interactive gaming products. The following terms apply to all casino game activity:
- All slot and virtual games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. s333 does not interfere with game outcomes in any way.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on s333 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

All content on the s333 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall appearance and design of the website, is the property of s333 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the s333 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. In no event shall s333's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your s333 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude s333's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time:

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
